I'm still working around with some cards. I haven't added the land, though it shouldn't be too much of a concern with this deck.

I am going to keep looking around at Instants/Sorceries that allow me to draw a card in addition (Mystic Melting, Rending Vines, etc)

I like it! It has a lot of synergy and should perform quite well. As you mentioned, land shouldnt be too much of a concern as you have a good amount of ramp.

let us know how it plays!

I would strongly consider adding a parallel lives to the deck. I also run a Rhys the Redeemed EDH deck and when he doubles your tokens with that card out, it becomes awesome really fast. Granted, my deck has a strong emphasis on tokens of all shapes and sizes, so it probably helps my deck more than it woild help yours.

I didn't look, but do you have a Doubling Season in there? Doubling Season + Parallel Lives + Rhys = win.

I hadn't thought about that! I'll be adding both cards promptly.

The one obstacle I'm coming up against is that I can't find a copy of Rhys the Redeemed ANYWHERE. I'm sure one will pop up eventually. Let me know if any of you see one in your travels?

He is definitely hard to come by!Which is why I buy most of my singles online. Better prices, too.

TCGPlayer has the best selection of singles available, I've found. They always have that hard-to-find card as they track inventory on hundreds of stores.
