I like it, it looks pretty nasty. Why not Dreadbore instead of Mark of Mutiny? I understand that Mark is a lot different than removal spells, but having something to deal with Planeswalkers once they hit the board would be a great addition. Maybe consider replacing Searing Spear with Dreadbore and keeping Mark. Just my thoughts :P

The nice thing about Mark is that, not only does it give you a chance to attack your opponent with their own critter, but then you can sacrifice it to your vampires to make them even beefier.

Dreadbore serves a different purpose, though it's obviously a good card.

I have eight sac outlets in the deck, and Mark can serve as a kill effect but it's mostly an aggro measure that allows me to remove a blocker and gain what amounts to a burn spell, then sac it to the vamps (best case scenario it's a human I can sac to my Falkenrath and permanently buff her.

The Searing Spear is just too dang versatile, and it's instant speed which makes a big difference versus Dreadbore.
