Nice...I like the blue hue to the white. I just started my tau project and it almost made me considering washing my "crisp" white....but then I thought if we played each other that would be just...awkward

Those look great! Did you do them yourself, or was it commission work?

These are the ones I talked about before. I don't know if you remember but a guy had agreed to paint them and kind of...didn't really. And he agreed to make it up to me so here they are!

I think he did a wonderful job and I wnt to know what people think of them?

I really like them, I think it's a super clean scheme and executed well. The bases look good too.

I can't really give too much "yay or nay" due to not seeing the models up close. For a tabletop scheme, I think it looks cool. The bases and models being the same color bugs me aesthetically, but I understand that Tau do the whole camouflage thing to match environments. As a whole, the army looks nice and unified. Some small bits of "pop" could go a long way to making it more badass though. Black trim on the bases, some static grass, weapons being a different color than the rest of the model, etc..... Again, until I get an up close look I can't make a really informed judgement. But it looks cool from where I sit. And the rule of cool rules all.

Black trim? Can you expand on that?

I do have some static grass thats easy to add.

Yeah. The bottom of the base should be black. Keep the snow and the static grass on the surface of the base, but the rim should be black in my opinion. Or green, or brown; depending on the basing material.

And don't use static grass out of a tub. Use the pre-clumped stuff from Army Painter or GW. It looks much more pro and is easier to apply.
