New to area, getting back into 40k

Postby Gooombay » Sun Jul 03, 2016 2:49 am

Hi, heard about this site and figured I'd check it out. Used to play 5th ed. Then stopped, but had the bug lately and considering getting back into it if some people play around here. I'm definitely more of a fluff player than a number cruncher/power gamer. Starting to read up on the new edition. Not sure if there are any casual 40k players here, but if there are, I'll probably be looking for some games once I get an army up. Thanks, hope to meet a few of you.

Greetings and salutations. It might have been me that told you.

We have a very large pool of gamers here. We travel to different stores to attend tournaments and we have a pretty good time.

The Warhammer 40,000 subsection is the best place to go. Just post up a date and time you're looking t play and make sure they know you're "flying casual" in your post and someone will get ahold of you to do it. Uusually give three days heads up to give time to see the post and respond.

Otherwise, glad to have you on board!
