CSM Ambassador List

2000 points, 18 models. It was going to be just 9 models but I changed it up and added a squad of cultists.

Rehati War Sect
650 Magnus
310 Deamon Prince (Wings, Armor, mastery lvl 3, spell familiar, Mark of Tzeetch)
310 Deamon Prince (Wings, Armor, mastery lvl 3, spell familiar, Mark of Tzeetch)
310 Deamon Prince (Wings, Armor, mastery lvl 3, spell familiar, Mark of Tzeetch)

Iron Warriors CAD
HQ
60 Sorcerer
Troops
50 Cultists
70 Obliterator
70 Obliterator
Fast Attack
170 Helldrake

So Iron Warriors makes the Oblits troops and gives them tank hunter and 6+ FNP. The War Sect lets all the princes cast on 3+ as long as they are close to Magnus. Other then that its just a flying circus.

Looking at the Missions, maybe not?

The mission trying to destroy force org slots will be the hard one for me. I have no elites or heavy so I already give up two and my troops and fast aren't that hard to get.

when test playing it, do you find you have enough psychic dice to do what you want / need to?
I mean I do not have a good answer to magnus in my list either. I have hell drakes to vector strike flyers and I do not think that will give me enough...

I have enough dice that I can usually cast 8 to 10 powers a turn. Sometimes less if I spam big powers. It has done well. Lost a very close game against Necrons but my other 3 games have been wins.

for the demon princes sure, but Magnus? No way. Even if I use daemon forge I put only 4.5 wounds on him. With his 4++ and rerolling 1s he saves 2/3s of those, so I only end up dealing 1.5 wounds. And it gets worse if he is enchanted. I have almost as much chance of hurting my own helldrakes as hurting Magnus then.

Kill his batteries and with them his scoring ability later in the game. Just a thought. Specifically the Daemon Prince that gives Shrouding would be a wise target. hehehe.
